What is included in the Islander special edition?
The Jeep Wrangler Islander special edition is back for 2021, and the Jeep Renegade offers this package for the first time. Both of these special-edition models offer Jeep's legendary 4x4 capability. The Islander package also offers buyers unique beach-themed accents, upbeat style, and summer-fun features. When did the Islander package first appear?
The Jeep Wrangler Islander first appeared in 1988, and then in 2010 was taken off the market. After an 11-year hiatus, Jeep has brought it back. Jeep gave the Wrangler some exclusive Islander features, such as a Tiki Bob hood decal, white three-piece hardtop. They also made the Islander Plus Package by Mopar exclusively for the Wrangler. This package adds front and rear grab handles, cargo tub liner, solid sunbonnet top, and Tiki Bob soft spare-tire cover. Inside the Wrangler Islander, you will find White ceramic mid-bolster and black cloth seats with an embroidered Islander logo and Surf Blue accent stitching. The Jeep Wrangler Islander edition is available in Billet Silver, Black, Chief, Granite Crystal, Bright White, Firecracker Red, Hellayella, Sarge Green, Snazzberry, and Sting-Gray.
What is offered on the 2021 Jeep Renegade Islander?
2021 is the first year that the Islander edition is available on the Renegade. The Jeep Renegade Islander edition will offer Jeep's Active Drive full-time 4x4 system, 19-inch Silver Alloy wheels with all-season tires, and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof for ultimate open-air freedom. Buyers can also opt for an Alpine white-painted roof and a Tiki Bob hood decal. Inside the Renegade Islander edition, you will find the Uconnect 4 system with a 7-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Keyless Entry with panic alarm, and a remote start system. Jeep gave the Renegade interior details include premium black cloth seats with an embroidered Islander logo and Surf Blue accent stitching. The Jeep Renegade Islander is available in Bikini, Jetset Blue, Glacier, and Omaha Orange.
