I had to take my Jeep in because it would random be completely dead and wouldn't do anything. I took it in once and they replaced the battery. Unfortunately, when I went to leave my house later that day, the car was dead again. I called the dealership and they told me to try and get it started and brought up to them ASAP. They were very apologetic that this happened. They were able to find that one of the connections for the battery also went bad. They replaced it, at no charge, and off I went. Christine was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely recommend them!

The gentleman I worked with, knowing it was near Christmas, explained what needed to be done and why, and what could wait until after the holidays. I will be going back to have the rest of the work done in January, and plan to make this my go-to mechanic. Highly recommend.
