The 2024 Wrangler capability has reached an all-time high with the first full-float Dana rear axle, available 100:1 crawl ratio, new factory Warn winch, and increased 5,000-pound tow capability. Inside, you will find more comfort with a new interior featuring power front seats and a standard 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen radio. The 2024 Wrangler is now safer than ever, with standard side curtain airbags in the first and second rows.
How much more capable is the 2024 Wrangler?
The Trail Rated badge never comes easy. Proudly worn by every Wrangler, it symbolizes legendary capability earned only after passing grueling off-road tests. Every Wrangler model's Trail Rated badge reflects an unmatched spec list that includes Dana solid front and rear axles, a two-speed transfer case, traction control, tow hooks, four-wheel disc brakes, four skid plates, and a minimum tire size of 32 inches. The new Wrangler raises the bar with the all-new Dana 44 HD full-float rear axle on the Rubicon. The Wrangler's weight is transferred to the axle tube rather than the shaft using a full-float axle design. This means that the axle shaft is only subjected to torsional loads, with its sole function being to transmit power to the wheels.Â
Are there any new safety systems available on the Jeep Wrangler?
Safety and security were paramount in developing the 2024 Jeep Wrangler, which offers more than 85 safety and security features. Plus, for the first time ever, every 2024 Wrangler comes standard with first- and second-row side curtain airbags, which complement standard driver and front passenger airbags and front seat-mounted driver and passenger side airbags. Forward collision warning and advanced cruise control now come standard on all Wranglers Sport S models and above. Blind-spot with cross-path detection and ParkSense rear park-assist system is standard on High Altitude and Rubicon X and available on Sport S, Willys, Sahara, and Rubicon.Â
